Had cheap, neat room that was n't renovated or clean whatsoever. The bed was comfortable and there were an electric kettle and refrigerators. The location was convenient, you can visit Russian Church by walking👍

I booked a cheap room with a view of the courtyard. The staff was pleasant, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The property was in the centre of the city.

Booked wheelchair accessible room with a TV, a bathtub, as example and got it upon arrival. This accommodation was in the central location by the parks.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, just opposite a government building and surrounded by a beautiful park with a central fountain feature. The value for money is fantastic, with prices that are very reasonable for such a prime location. The staff are attentive and provide good service, and the basic amenities are all in place. The rooms with the balcony offer a fantastic view of the city, and the breakfast is enjoyable with a nice view to the street.

Very downtown. Big room, nice view. I felt like I was alone in the whole hotel.

Very old interieur, not on European standard. Elevator was scary, carpeted floor everywhere. "Air condition" was a fan. Wlan was very poor, it went on and off every 3 minutes. Parking (in front of the hotel) cost 8€ a night - and the hotelier just cashed it in without writing it down: I was afraid he asked for the money again the next morning.

It is near the centrer and near all important historical places of interests. Ideal for turists

I lived in 5th floor and although the hotel advertised WIFI access from all rooms, I had the whole time problem with internet access. It did not work even in the reception hall. Because I was in Sofia for a business, it was for me complication.
